At BLS International, we constantly strive to offer a range of high-end services to enhance customer satisfaction. As part of our constant and on-going endeavour to add value to applicants’ experience, it is our privilege to offer the following service:

Kindly Note the Value added services (VAS) are optional and are provided by BLS.

Additional services are optional and voluntary in no way amplify the right to obtain a visa, a fast-track appointment, an overbooking, or faster processing of your file by the Consulate.

Courier with Assurance inside the City	Passport delivery at your home / office address to avoid the hassle of travelling to the application centre for a personal collection of the processed documents	R 290 per passport
Courier with Assurance Outside the City	Passport delivery at your home / office address to avoid the hassle of travelling to the application centre for a personal collection of the processed documents	R 410 per passport
Photo copy	Photocopier facility at our Application Centre to help with copies of documents.	R 5 per page
SMS	Application status tracking while on the move, through automated SMS to the applicant's mobile phone at various stages of the visa application.	R 30 per passport
Photo booth	Avail the photograph facility at our Centre in case of missing photographs or the correct specification.	R 125 for 6 photographs
Form Filling	AFilling of Visa Application forms	R 80.00 per form
Prime Time	Applicants who are not able to submit their application during working hours, can book a Prime Time service which allow them to submit their application after working hours.	R 550 per form
Flexi Hour – Passport Collection	Applicants can collect passport out of allotted collection time – on working days 09:00–12:30 & 13:30-15:00	R 80 per passport
Premium Lounge (Pretoria Only)	“Premium lounge offers comfort and priority attention at the visa application center”. Please note that the Premium Lounge does not imply obtaining earlier appointments.	R 600 per person (Only in Pretoria)
Matrix SIM card	Benefits: 10 GB Validity: 28 Days	Price: R 355.

All above mentioned services are completely voluntary and it does not guarantee faster turnaround time for your application.

Please note passports will be delivered to applicant’s home address /applicant’s office address

The applicants are requested to mention the complete delivery address on the covering letter. In case no specific address is mentioned on the covering letter, the passport will be sent to the address mentioned on the Visa Application Form.

This procedural change is to ensure the safe and secure return of documents to applicants.

The courier form should have the address of the applicant’s residence or office only. The courier address will not be that of the travel agency.
